FAQ

What do I need to bring to boot camp?

It’s important that you bring a good attitude and a willingness to get dirty and try new things! You also need to bring water and a pair of hand weights (not over 5 pounds). It’s also a good idea to keep a towel in your car just in case you get a little too dirty for your car.

What does my tuition buy me?

With your tuition, you get unlimited sessions at ANY of our locations during the 4-week camp cycle. Every camper also receives outside accountability, support from other campers, and results!

What should I wear to the sessions?

It’s Oklahoma and our weather can be crazy! We recommend that you arrive to the sessions in layers and you can shed some as you warm up from the workouts…and you will warm up. Wear comfortable workout clothes and tennis shoes.

Should I be nervous about what it means to participate in a boot camp?

No, you shouldn’t be nervous, but you do need to be realistic. Our trainers will help you set realistic and attainable goals you wish to achieve. It’s up to you to make the most of the sessions if you want to see vast improvements within a month. This means giving your best effort during the workouts, being diligent in making healthier food choices, doing your “homework” during the week, and more.

We understand that some people associate boot camps with being yelled at in the face. That is not the case with us. We are here to help and motivate, but will never scream or make you feel uncomfortable. Do expect us to be firm though.

What kind of results should I expect to see from the program?

It is important to know that everyone responds to training differently. However, most of our clients have seen a loss in at least one pant size during the first month of training. You will definitely build muscle, but not become too bulky.

Some clients who can barely run a quarter mile the first week are able to run a 5k by the end of the month.

I have some physical limitations. Can I still participate and be successful?

This just depends on what type of injury or limitations you may have. If you are able to walk quickly, jump without having issues, and run at least a little bit, you should be able to participate just fine. However, it is recommended you get clearance from your doctor before beginning in the program.

Do you offer refunds once camps have begun?

No, we do not offer refunds once camp has begun. Therefore, it is your responsibility to make sure you can attend the sessions at the camp you are registering for and that no other conflicts may come into play. If you have further questions or concerns, feel free to contact us!
